At KBS Golf, we are dedicated to providing the highest performance shafts for your game; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the uninstalled and uncut shafts in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to KBS
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the shafts are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
