What is the standard shipping timeframe for custom orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom laser-etched or specifically trimmed shafts may require an additional 2-3 business days for processing.
Can I return a shaft after it has been installed or cut?
We only accept returns on shafts in their original, uncut, and uninstalled condition within 30 days of purchase. Custom-built or personalized shafts are final sale.
Do KBS shafts come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, KBS offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
